I prezzi si intendono per appartamento e includono luce e acqua.
L’unica spesa aggiuntiva è il costo del gas per acqua calda e riscaldamento, calcolato tramite lettura del contatore.
Le case sono completamente attrezzate.
Nelle case Serpillo e Genepy, per gli amanti del caldo scoppiettante è disponibile anche la stufa a legna.
In tutte le case è possibile connettersi gratuitamente con il wi-fi ed è presente il televisore.
Inoltre gli ospiti hanno a disposizione una lavatrice in comune.
Gli animali sono ben accetti!

The houses are fully equipped. We also provide blankets, sheets, bath and kitchen towels with weekly change in case of a stay longer than 1 week.
In the Serpillo and Genepy houses, a wood-burning stove is also available for those who love the crackling heat.
In all houses there is free wi-fi connection and a television.
Guests also have access to a shared washing machine and a freezer drawer shared with the other houses.

Die einzigen zusätzlichen Kosten sind die Kosten für Gas für Warmwasser und Heizung, die nach Zählerstand berechnet werden.
Die Häuser sind komplett ausgestattet. Wir stellen auch Decken, Bettwäsche, Bade- und Küchentücher zur Verfügung. Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 1 Woche ist ein wöchentlicher Wechsel vorgesehen.
In den Häusern Serpillo und Genepy gibt es auch einen Holzofen für diejenigen, die die knisternde Wärme lieben.
In allen Häusern gibt es einen kostenlosen Wi-Fi-Anschluss und einen Fernseher.
Die Gäste haben auch Zugang zu einer gemeinsamen Waschmaschine und zu einer Gefriertruhe, die mit den anderen Häusern geteilt wird.
